** Please reschedule if you are not feeling well, have run a fever 24 hours before your appointment, have had contact with a COVID-19 positive patient in the past two weeks (14 days), and/or have a pending COVID-19 test. **
To schedule an appointment, it is required to have a credit card on file for the purpose of collecting payment as indicated by the Cancellation/No Show Policy only. Any charges for this will generate a receipt and be sent to the email address on file.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
To cancel/reschedule your appointment with no charge, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
**Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the non-discounted service price.

NC/NS
No-call/No-shows will be charged full price + an additional $50 fee for the scheduled service which must be paid before you can schedule another session. After 2 NC/NS you will not be able to schedule with us in the future.
