Cancellation/No Show Policy
To cancel/reschedule your appointment with no charge, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
**Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the non-discounted service price.
*EXCEPTION*
You will not be charged if you have someone take your session. *Notification of the change must be given before the appointment time.*
NC/NS
No-call/No-shows will be charged full price + an additional $50 fee for the scheduled service which must be paid before you can schedule another session. After 2 NC/NS you will not be able to schedule with us in the future.
**These charges will be based on the full, non-discounted rate of the service scheduled.
If you schedule an appointment or purchase a membership for someone else, please do so in their name.
